Albert P. Carey
Mr. Carey recently served as chief executive officer of PepsiCo North America, a role he held from March 2016 until his retirement from PepsiCo in March 2019. He is a multi-decade PepsiCo veteran with experience across snacks and beverages, and was responsible for leading North America Beverages, Frito-Lay North America and Quaker Foods North America. Prior to this role, he was chief executive officer of North America Beverages, where he was responsible for overseeing all aspects of PepsiCo’s beverage business across North America. Mr. Carey joined PepsiCo in 1981 after working at The Procter & Gamble Company. Mr. Carey also serves on the board of directors of The Home Depot, Inc. and The Food Marketing Institute.
Mr. Carey brings valuable managerial and operational expertise to the Board of Directors through his extensive experience leading multiple lines of business in consumer product companies. He began serving as a member of the Board of Directors in 2018. He was appointed Executive Chairman effective April 2019.
